Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196
With the coming into force of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196, laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI , as “owner” of the treatment, is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data. This decree governs the processing of personal data, i.e. any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the help of electronic means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database. The Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 No. 196 provides that the “interested party” or “the person from whom the personal data are collected” must be informed in advance orally or in writing of what follows.
Source of Personal Data
The personal data possessed by POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI are collected directly from the person concerned. All data collected will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current regulations. POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI undertakes to treat personal data lawfully and correctly; to collect and record them for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and to use them in other operations of the treatment in terms not incompatible with these purposes. It also undertakes to verify that they are accurate, up to date, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected or subsequently processed and to keep them in a form which permits identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
We specify that POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI does not require the indication of data defined by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196 as “sensitive”.
Art. 4, paragraph 1 letter d) of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196 defines “sensitive” data, personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life. These data can be processed only with the written consent of the person concerned and after authorization from the Guarantor, in compliance with the conditions and limits established by Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, as well as by law and regulations.
Purposes of the treatment to which the data are destined
1. The personal data of the person concerned will be treated within the normal activity of POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI and the treatment will be finalized to the execution of law obligations and/or deriving from the contract of which the person concerned is part
2. The processing of personal data of the person concerned will also be finalized to the execution of promotional and marketing operations by our company.
The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is optional, but the refusal to provide data may lead – in relation to the peculiarity of the relationship between the data and the purpose for which it is required – the inability of POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI to fulfill specific legal obligations and / or arising from the contract to which the person concerned is party and the inability to carry out promotional and marketing operations by our company.
POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI will carry out marketing statistical researches aimed at studying the surfers’ behaviour through the aggregate analysis of data, always anonymous, related to the access to the monitored sites through its Web Analysis services.
POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI will also use the names, web addresses and trademarks of companies and customers to make demonstrations, brochures and presentations of “case history”. Any numerical data and details will always remain anonymous and will be used exclusively for statistical purposes and in an aggregate manner.
Mode of data processing
In relation to the above-mentioned purposes, the processing of personal data is carried out through manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes and, in any case, to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. In any case the protection of personal data is guaranteed by POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI

The subjects belonging to the categories to which the data can be communicated will use the data in quality of “holders” according to the law, in full autonomy, being extraneous to the original treatment carried out at POLÍ COSMESI DI BARBARA POLI
